Street indexes and front covers can be automatically produced with the register or separately.

Absent vote application 
Produce personalised absent vote applications direct from the system. Upon their return process them automatically using eXpress Scan to update electors absent vote details. Scanned images of absent vote applications are automatically filed with the elector and are available instantly on screen. Alternatively update the electors absent vote details with easy to use screens and aided with quick short cut keys. Acknowledgement of absent vote applications can be produced automatically from the system.

Letters and reports are fully customisable and can be previewed, printed or exported.

Departmental Access
Allow other departments and users read only access to published information and restrict searches to properties only together with on screen guidance regarding the use of electoral register data. Optionally the system can be fronted by your own internet/intranet systems.
