Xpress User Groups
With an expanding customer base, Xpress understands the value in providing all of our customers with a forum in which they can share their experiences of using our software and services. To facilitate this, Xpress hold a bi annual 2 day National User Group in Daventry at the DeVere Hotel.
Customer Feedback
User Groups have proven to be extremely popular and are well attended. As well as receiving feedback, these events also afford our customers the opportunity to share and discuss the direction that they would like to see Xpress take as we continue to develop our business going forwards.
When Are They Held?
The events are normally held in the months of January and July of each year as this allows the Xpress team to theme the user groups around a post canvass / pre election or a post election / pre canvass agenda.
